Do we need more training or certificate?

Friend beside me almost is graduate about 2 to 3 years, but some of them still undergraduate. Some of them currently still take some outsider course or professional courses. Such as ACCA, CPA or CIMA-professional accounting course， insurance professional course, MBA or others. Some of them are taking course because need to finish their professional certificate and some are looking towards a good career. But some of them are planning to take professional course after few months or few years as they need to save more money. Some of my friend from IT background will go for CCNA, Microsoft Certificate, SAP Certificate, or others IT course as these course will make their career a big step in front. For some from construction background will definitely take course such as CITB.
As now, certificate is very important as degree holder will be more and more down the road. So please be prepare for your future.
