Use Public Bank debit card to withdraw money from paypal????

Malaysia number one local public debit card can withdraw Paypal money.....seeing some malaysian blogger trying to withdraw money to debit card and credit card from paypal....so just wait and see are they able to withdraw money from paypal....
recommended: only can use visa credit card and debit card to transfer paypal money....
some of blogger use Public bank debit card to transfer money from paypal....
